The beauty of Batanes is beyond description. It's been a dream for the longest time to see it. Finally did it and spent the Holy Week there with the family. Not cheap to fly there but worth every centavo. Every Filipino must go and see. Hope the photos inspire you to visit.

This spot is where Richard and Dawn shot their movie "Hihintayin Kita sa Langit" back in the 80s. I was just born.

This is the northernmost group of islands in the Philippines. On a clear day, you can see Taiwan. It's a different world out here. Like getting on a time machine and traveling back a hundred years.

Dream to go there, too. Doesn't look Philippine to me. Some say it looks a bit like New Zealand. Is this true?

Hello cousin. Some parts are actually more like Ireland. The hills, landscape, and cliffs.
